Difference in quality between this two teams is big. India is very bad team and Oman are clear favorites for me here. Neither team is in good form but that is not so important when we have match between two teams at this level. India is mostly playing against weaker teams and they are not making good results. Oman won last match between this two teams 3 years ago 5-1. I do not think things have chanced much since then and I expect easy away win here
