Cristiano Ronaldo Deservedly wins Ballon d'Or Prize

Cristiano Ronaldo has ended his four year wait and deservedly won the Ballon d’Or prize for the second time in his career.
Without a shadow of a doubt, Ronaldo has been the best player in 2013, miles ahead of the two nominees Messi and Ribery.
The Portuguese international did help his nation qualify for the World Cup 2014 but did not win any major prize for Real Madrid.
Messi had an injury hit year while Ribery won it all with Bayern Munich. However, there was no one better than Ronaldo based on individual performances.
Ronaldo received the award in tears, goes to show what it meant to get his hands on that Golden ball again after 2008 when he won it for the first time as a Manchester United player.
