Giroud started the season brightly but he is not a world class striker and does not score goals regularly which any top team badly needs.
According to reports, Arsenal now want super €30m striker Jackson Martinez of Porto who has been scoring for fun again in the Primeira Liga.
The Colombian has netted 12 league goals in 14 appearances this season and in terms of quality he is not far from his compatriot Falcao.
Arsenal must do all to sign the prolific goal scorer in the winter transfer window.
On the other hand, Manchester United are linked with numerous quality players and Moyes will hope to add few big names next month.
The English Champions are near the bottom half of the table and need heavy reinforcements to take them back to where they belong.
As per Daily Star, €19m rated Man United target Alessio Cerci wants move to a Champions League club. He claimed:
“I feel ready to play in the Champions League. I’m mature, I think the time may be ripe to take a step up in quality.”
The 26 year old Italian winger who plays for Torino is in fantastic form this season. In 17 Serie A appearances, Cerci has netted 9 goals and also provided 7 assists. He is the main reason why Torino currently sit 7th in the league.
According to the provided link, Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea are also interested. However, the first two are not in the Champions League this season and the other two do not really need him with Gunners mainly looking for a striker and Blues have overcrowded quality attacking midfield.

Giroud isn’t top striker so arsenal needs a world class striker da likes of costa, martinez and lewondonski.
I agree with fans that we need top strikers. Arsenal create the most chances but waste same. Not good for a contender club like Arsenal considering all these years of trophy drought. couple with the opportunity we have in EPL we need to take it.
If Arsenal loses this title this year, Wenger should blame himself for been too patient with underperforming players in critical positions. Giroud is not good enough, I never trusted him. He can’t lead Arsenal to the trophy, we need a top striker like Costa, Lewy or Martinez.
Wenger is the manager yes we know but must if manage someone like ‘girod’ and the rest? Mr. Manager, Arsenal is bigger thank some of this your player so please give some respect.

Giroud isn’t a striker,u can’t miss all those chances to secure our win then u count yourself a striker,go and play for the teams like sunderland,west brom west ham,or stoke city but not ARSENAL
