Arsenal told Star would Cost €14 million

Liverpool and Arsenal have been tracking young Derby star Will Hughes for quite some time and it is likely that the championship club will lose him sooner rather than later.
However, Derby are well aware of the interest of numerous top clubs and will like to charge a hefty sum for the teenager.
In 13 championship appearances this season, the talented boy has scored 2 goals and also provided 2 assists.
Express suggests that Derby has told Arsenal and other chasers that Star will cost at least €14 million.
Will Hughes is versatile, plays on both flanks but his natural position is central midfield where his passing is the key.
Arsenal do not really need central midfielder as they already have the likes of Ramsey, Wilshere, Arteta and defensive Flamini, all are quality players.
What they badly need is another top quality striker because they have no depth upfront and all the burden is on Giroud.
Liverpool on the other hand need to reinforce their midfield as that is the only department they did not strengthen in summer.
However whether the 18 year old boy is the answer to that? We shall see.
