The Strongest started nicely the new season, currently on second position. However, recent results were largely due to late goals (on 3 occasions in a row, lol). They have deep squad and their back choise players can win points against anyone in Clausura but for Libertadores standards their starting XI are quite limited in terms of quality and techinical level. Also, team plays wore than last campaign.
I laid De Chile with big confidence on two occasions in local championship where they were rotating . But now, despite some main players still out, everybody is focused on this particular game. I don't like them but value is on away side for sure imo. As I said, their defence is just terrible but in attack they have some quite dangerous weapons to rely on.
Having won the reverse fixture 3-1, I believe visitors can at least hold a point today. Of course, altitude plays huge factor here (3600m) but generally Chilean teams are accustoming rather good to playing in the mountains.
Odds were around 1.70 last night but now raised and I see decent opportunity to invest medium stakes.
