Tottenham had the best transfer season in their history this summer. However, after reinforcing their squad heavily, Spurs want to continue spending to try and compete for the title and not just Champions League places.
Daily Star reports that the North Londoners were heavily interested in signing French international and PSG player Adrien Rabiot.
The 18 year old boy is a bright prospect who plays as a center midfielder. Last season he started 13 games for the French champions, scored one goal and provided 3 assists.
Adrien Rabiot is looking for a permanent transfer as he claimed:
“I feel the coach has confidence in me in training and I have a good feeling with him.
“But that doesn’t mean I’m going to stay in Paris this season.”
“I won’t go out on loan so I don’t know yet.”
Adrien is calm on the ball and a decent passer. Reports suggest that Spurs had bid accepted for the youngster, the amount reported to be 12 million pounds but deal was blocked by his father as he needed more time to decide.
Eventually Spurs failed to lure him in this summer’s transfer window but they are ready to retry in January to enhance the quality of the squad.
Having won 4 out of 5 games this season and conceded only single goal, Tottenham have started well. They only need sometime for the squad to work well together as the quality is inevitable.

If he’s that good why dont PSG want to keep him,if Spurs really want to compete for the title and not just the 4th place spot they would be trying for players that the likes of PSG do not feel are surplace to requirements ,In Your Dreams Spurs !!
Surplus not sur place, you ill educated bore of a troll
Levy is trying to buy these young promising players like Rabiot, and Lamella and Eriksen – becasue he wants to sell them on for a fat profit in 2-3 years! He’s not building a team, he’s building a bank balance!
We spent over 110m and NONE of them are World Class. He wants them to become that way – like Bale – to sell them instantly.
Your comments are naive’ of course we want to buy you g potential world class players
With the possibility of selling them on for a profit. How else do you expect
Tottenham too compete with clubs that have double, triple our revenue stream
How else do you expect Spurs to be able to build a new stadium with out
Compromising our league position.
The real world is a long way different to your computer game mentality !
How can you fault Enic and Levy when under previous chairman
We where mid table and hardly cup competitive …. …. If Levy (a Spurs fan before
He became directly involved) is well paid it is because he is easily one of the
Best club chairman in the league
Suggest you grow up and get behind our team that includes management
And all those behind the scenes staff that each play their part in our continued
Evolution.

In
my opinon Mr levy is only intrested in enics pocket.
Dont forget he wanted out of WHL, he was very happy to go to stratford as it saved him a load of money .A few years earlier all season ticket holders were sent a questionnaire on what we want .I cant imagine many fans wanted to go there to me that was a pr stunt.yes i will admit we are a better team than the one Sugar left us but not much.
If we do not make 4 th our keeper will leave and so will Jan vertongon and levy will be happy so he can get more dosh in and then say its not my fault they wanted to go.
How come liverpool who arent in europe kept there best player and could not.
Remember berby he went so did carrick so did modric sorry he kept him one year then of he goes ,and now bale.Oh i forgot liverpool manage to keep Gerrad from chelsea.
In the last seven years that other half have played every year in cl build a new stadium and paid it of and still finish above us.
So sorry if i am a bit neg but everytime our player has a good game i think oh well he is off.
People keep going about all the money he has spent Thats rubbish add up the comings and goings he spent only 300.000
Real Madrid took the micky out of him big time selling Bale shirts before he had even signed
Then they sell a player to our biggest rival ( why did we not get him) where the partnership he had with them sorry mr Levey you got done.
