One more Addition and Spurs will be Ready?

One more Addition and Spurs will be Ready?Tottenham Hotspur have had their best premier league season under manager Andre Villas Boas, however yet again they failed to achieve their main target of qualifying for the Champions League.
No matter how strong they have become every passing year, Tottenham always finish below their arch rivals Arsenal. Nevertheless, with AVB staying at the club, the future looks bright for the North Londoners and this summer is very significant for Spurs if they want to achieve top four next season.
Lately, Tottenham have almost sealed the deal to lure versatile Brazilian midfielder Paulinho from Corinthians, one more addition and perhaps Spurs will be ready for next season.
A box to box midfielder, Paulinho has the ability to provide support in both attack and defense. He was an influential figure when Corinthians beat European Champions Chelsea to win the Fifa club world cup last year. Adding to that the Brazilian recently won the Confederations cup with national side and scored 2 goals in the competition.
Paulinho without doubt adds quality to the side and now the most important transfer activities for Spurs will be to keep star player Gareth Bale at the club and sign a world class striker.
Tottenham have a brilliant goalie, strong defense, top quality midfield but have badly missed clinical finisher upfront for the past few years, someone who could at least score 20 league goals a year.
Adebayor was disappointing, Defoe did okay, and the Londoners surely need more than that to stop over relying on Gareth Bale.
Spurs are considered favorites to land Barcelona and Spain’s striker David Villa. Although, now in his 30s, El Guaje is still a top top striker.
With not much first team football available for Catalan side, Tottenham can be the perfect solution for Villa and will fill the missing piece of puzzle for Spurs as well.
