Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho is constantly linked with a move to join Barcelona and if he departs then the Reds must sign a quality replacement.
Earlier this month, we covered a report (via Don Balon) claiming that Klopp wants to sign Sergi Roberto, who has a release clause of 40 million euros ($47million) in his contract (via FCB).
Now, the Spanish source have reiterated that Klopp wants to sign the Spanish international but the Catalan giants are not willing to sell him.

Instead, it is mentioned that Barca could offer, Arda Turan, Andre Gomez and even Gerard Deulofeu to Liverpool, who have already said “No” to the first two.
As far as Deulofeu is concerned, he was re-signed by Barca last summer and now has a contract until 2019 that has a release clause (Mundo Deportivo) of 20 million euros ($24million).
This season, so far, he has made 16 appearances, scored 2 goals and provided 3 assists. At the moment, he is mainly a bench warmer under the management of Valverde and will surely move down the pecking order once Dembele is fit.
In all fairness, Gerard is not good enough to improve Liverpool and Klopp must not sign him.
