Liverpool have more than a few top quality attackers in their team and they recently secure the signing of Mohamed Salah to strengthen their offense.
At this moment, the Merseysiders really do not need to improve their attacking midfield. If they do want to add more fire power up front then they must secure the signing of an out and out center forward.
Last month, we covered a report (via El Confidencial) claiming that the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Man United are interested in signing James Rodriguez but not even a single club is willing to meet Real’s huge asking price of 75 million euros.

Things have not changed as yet. Yesterday, Spanish source Sport reported that super agent Jorge Mendes called Liverpool, United, City, Inter Milan, PSG and Juventus and offered them the chance to sign the $238,000-a-week star (Daily Star) but no one is willing to pay the above mentioned price.
James rose to fame after winning the Golden Boot prize in the 2014 FIFA World Cup by scoring 6 goals. After the competition, he left Monaco to join the Spanish giants but could not excel at the Bernabeu.
He did score 11 goals in the last campaign in limited starts but as per the provided Sport link, Zinedine Zidane wants Rodriguez sold as soon as possible and he has made that clear to the president. Moreover, as per AS, the 25-year-old star wants to leave the club in the next two days.
In your opinion, should Klopp splash the cash to sign James Rodriguez?

he’s the type of players liverpool need to strenghten the attacking midfield. At the same he can be used as a goal getter.
Sorry, Sir. I have to disagree with you here. At that sort of wages, he is not worth taking. Liverpool have a number of players as decent as the $238,000-a-week star who are paid less. If Liverpool is willing to pay that salary, I believe there are many players who perform consistently better that the said ‘star’.
Not worth the price!?!?!?
