Mourinho willing to Sign €100million Midfielder for Manchester United

Manchester United broke the bank and paid record sum to hire the services of a world class midfielder in the form of Paul Pogba last summer.
The French international was not all impressive in the last campaign but he has the quality to be a super hit in the coming seasons. Spanish international Ander Herrera was fantastic for the Old Trafford club in the central midfield role.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then the Red Devils are interested in signing another midfielder in the form Portuguese international and Barcelona star Andre Gomes.
The former Valencia star only started 17 league games for the Catalan giants last season and did not really impress much. According to Spanish source AS, he may leave the club this summer and the likes of Man United and Juventus are monitoring the situation.

The report states that the above mentioned clubs wanted to sign him last summer and are still keen to move for the Seleccao star if Barca finally decide to sell him. AS further claim that with Mourinho in charge, United have always been willing to sign his compatriot.
Gomes was a key member of the Portuguese team that won the European Championships last year. In the last campaign, he made 47 appearances and only netted 3 goals for Barca.
Andre’s contract has a huge release clause of €100million (FCB) but the 23-year-old midfielder joined in a deal worth €35million and AS claim that Barca would like to recover the investment made. In your opinion, do Man United need Andre Gomes?
