Deal Close – How Liverpool will Line up with $39million Star

Liverpool will face West Ham United today and only three points will keep them in pole position to finish fourth in the Premier League table.
In the first half of the season, the Reds were brilliant in the attacking third mainly due to the presence of Mane. Now, in Sadio’s absence, Klopp’s men look out of depth and lack creativity up front.
Yesterday, we covered a report (via Mirror) claiming that Liverpool are closing in on a deal to sign Brazilian international and Gremio striker Luan, who is rated around $39million (via Anfield HQ). Liverpool are ready to splash 26 million pounds to lure him.
In three Copa Libertadores appearances, the 24-year-old star has netted three goals this season.
The question is, who will Luan replace in the lineup. The German manager has preferred a 4-3-3 formation and Firmino, a natural attacking midfielder, has been Klopp’s best player in the CF role.
The Meseysiders badly need a top out and out center forward next season and if Klopp is really ready to splash the above mentioned fee for Luan then we can expect him to get into the starting XI if he ends up moving to Anfield in the summer.
