Chelsea were terrible last season under the management of Jose Mourinho but under Conte, they have been brilliant in the current campaign.
The Blues’ squad under-performed big time last season and only a few players shone. Their most impressive player was none other than Brazilian star Willian, who was named as their Player of the Season and signed a new deal last summer.
The 28-year-old attacker is a versatile talent, who can be deployed anywhere in the attacking third but this season, he has mainly warmed the bench under the Italian boss.
The former Shakhtar playmaker has only started 13 league games, therefore, for regular first team football, he must look to move in the summer
According to reports, once again Man United boss Jose Mourinho is looking to secure his signature. Back in February, Willian revealed that the Red Devils wanted to sign him last summer (Goal).
Now, according to an exclusive report covered by Daily Star, Mourinho is ready to finally secure his signature this summer and he is confident that Willian could be lured on a deal worth £200,000-a-week (€240,000-a-week).
Overall, Willian has featured in 35 games for the Stamford Bridge club this season, scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists. His current contract with Chelsea will expire in 2020 and he is valued at €55million as per CIES Football Observatory.
