Man Utd Leading the Race to Agree £65million "World Class" Star Signing

Chelsea and Manchester United have been tracking Romelu Lukau for quite some time and the latest reports seem very positive for both the clubs.
The Belgian international has told the Toffees that he will not sign a new deal with club and the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea are leading the race to secure his signature (Daily Mail).
The 23-year-old “world class” (ESPN) striker, is currently leading the PL goal-scoring charts alongside Harry Kane with 19 goals.
Chelsea were the ones to bring Romelu to the Premier League, however, the Blues never gave him a fair chance. Firstly, he was loaned out to West Brom, then loaned out to Everton and then finally sold to Everton by the Stamford Bridge club.
In such a scenario, Lukaku should try his luck elsewhere instead of moving back to the London based team. Manchester United could be a decent option but the Red Devils are currently 6th and may not qualify for the Champions League.
As per the provided Daily Mail link, Everton were prepared to offer him club record wages of worth £130,000-a-week but the £65million rated striker revealed yesterday that he will not be signing the contract.
Chelsea are currently paying £185,000-a-week to Diego Costa (Star). On the other hand, Man United are paying £250,000-a-week to Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Star). The British giants have the financial power to pay Lukaku in the same region and he deserves that for sure.
