Liverpool are Favorties to Agree $19million Versatile Player Signing

Liverpool needed a natural left back last summer but they did not sign one. Adding to that, the Reds also failed to lure a left back in the winter transfer window.
Manager Jurgen Klopp must not waste more time and reinforce his key departments next summer or else Liverpool will continue to be absent form the Champions League.
At the moment, James Milner, a natural midfielder, plays in the left full back position for Liverpool. The retired, England international has performed well in that position but the Merseysiders need a long term solution.
According to the latest reports, once again, young Ryan Sessegnon is in the limelight. Back in November 2016, the Reds were reportedly keen on signing the 16-year-old defender (via the Sun).
Now, Squawka have claimed in an exclusive report that Liverpool inquired about the teenager last month and are leading to the race to agree his signing in the summer.
Ryan is a versatile player who can effectively play as a left back and also as a left midfielder. This season, in 17 games (all competitions) the rising starlet has scored four goals and provided 2 assists for Fulham.
As per the provided Squawka link, Man City and Spurs are also in the race to sign Sessegnon, who is rated around 15 million pounds ($19million).
Ryan might be talented but he is inexperienced and the Reds need a proven quality left back to strengthen their team next summer.
