Agreed – Liverpool Have Sealed €47million Deal

Liverpool were looking to sign a new deal with star playmaker Philippe Coutinho for quite some time and they have finally done exactly that.
Today, the Reds confirmed on their official website that the Brazilian attacker has signed a new five year contract which will come into effect from July 1, 2017.
The 24-year-old former Inter Milan star expressed his delight after sealing his long term future with the Anfield side. Like all the supporters, manager Jurgen Klopp is also thrilled that the club have secured a world class star on a long term contract.
The Samba star was voted as the best Brazilian in Europe for 2016, even ahead of Barcelona superstar Neymar. This season, he has featured in 18 games for the Merseysiders in all competitions and directly contributed in no fewer than 13 goals.
According to The Telegraph, Coutinho has agreed a five year deal that will make him earn £8million-a-year, £40million (€47million) until 2022.
Phil has missed nine games this season due to an ankle injury. After returning, he has featured in four games but has not played 90 minutes in a fixture as yet.
It will not come as any surprise if he plays the entire game against Southampton in the EFL Cup tonight.
