Manchester United have already signed proven quality players like Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Free – Paris Saint-Germain) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Borussia Dortmund) to strengthen their attack this summer.
Manager Jose Mourinho is looking to further amplify the quality of the offense by signing a talented Brazilian international in the form Gabriel Jesus from Palmeiras.
Express cite reports in the Brazilian media claiming that Manchester United have agreed to pay a huge sum of 32 million pounds ($42 million) to hire the services of the 19-year-old South American.
The Samba star is a versatile talent who is mainly a left winger but also plays effectively as a center forward. Last season, in 19 appearances, the teenage attacker scored 15 goals and provided 3 assists.
As per the provided Express link, Manchester City are also heavily interested in signing the highly rated youngster but they have only made an offer of 26.8 million pounds. Both Manchester clubs are ready to offer more than Jesus’ release clause of 25 million pounds.
Like most Brazilian playmakers, Jesus is also renowned for his dribbling ability. Moreover, he has got some serious pace to beat the opponents with ease.
In your opinion, do United need more reinforcements in the attack after signing Ibra and Mkhitaryan?

We need impact players over a long season – Zlatan is in his twighlight years – Martial and Rashford are relatively raw. We need as many talented youngsters in the wings in order to unleash another Ronaldo.
Yes simply because of this player’s ability to dribble and terrorized the both midfield and upfront from the left flank is a clear reason united need to go for him at all cost.i witness from the video that i had watched on the screen is unbelievable to see teenager doing a real ethical working rate! Man UTD should not concede a defeat to city once again, i do not need Sergio Aguero story to repeat itself and i do not need David Silva’s story to repeat itself either!!
Yes we do need creativity upfront, sign him jose please i know the guy..
Don’t believe everything you read from the express, they are almost as bad as the Daily Star when it comes to fabricating stories to pull in readers. Man Utd is already late to the table, City is well in advance talk having met the buyout clause required to talk to his representatives, Utd hasn’t even tabled a bid yet though they may consider one in the next couple of days, only because of the talent and not because they really planned for him not to mention Bayern, Real Madrid and Barcelonia also considering bids.
The likelyhood of Utd getting the player at this stage is minimal, i don’t think Moriniho is in the market for another attacking player this season, he made it very clear he is only in the market for an midfielder. Like Public Enemy says, ‘DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE’. Every season has a hot player, next season we will go for who ever emerge then. Stop being greedy, who even heard of this guy last season.
YES, BUY HIM!!! I’ve seen his video and he looks awesome – he reminds me of a young Ronaldinho with pace.
Better to buy such a prodigious talent now than to dream about him in a few years when he will demand
£150 million plus
If rumours to buy him are to go by, then yes he is a bundle of talent and skill, this guy can replace the likes of Mata, Depay the aging Valencia and Ashley young. A lot of players should be considered for sale. Rooney Carrick and even Zlatan won’t be there beyond 2017. We need new blood with pace to inject life into the team.
Much has been talked about his huge talent, if we have chance to sign him, why not get him for the future .
Go get him now that his easy to get than when the price tag will be huge
