The hosts had some problems at the start of the new campaign in the Egyptian Premier League, but there is a visible improvement in their form since the beginning of November and after five victories and one draw in the last six rounds (5-1-0 13-4), Al Ahly SC is now on 5th position in the standings, ten points behind Zamalek SC, but with three games in hand.

The Eagles are almost perfect at this stadium, where they won four of their previous five games, with one draw in this period (4-1-0 12-3).

El Ittihad Alexandria, on the other hand, is a team with many good and experienced players in its squad and what is even more important for my bet – this team is still without a single defeat away from home since the beginning of the new season in the Egyptian Premier League (1-5-0 7-4).

However, Al Ahly SC is not among the favorite opponents for El Ittihad Alexandria, as the visitors lost nine of the previous twelve games between these two teams (9-3-0 24-5), including four of their five meetings at “Cairo International Stadium” in this period (4-1-0 5-1).

The hosts may have some problems in this clash (mostly during the first half), but at the end I expect, that Al Ahly SC will manage to win all three points.
