Manchester United have been heavily linked with Armenian international and Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhirtaryan.
Recent reports have been positive for the Red Devils and it looks likely that the player will move to Old Trafford if he does depart the German Bundesliga side this summer.
Three days ago, as per German media (Sport1.de via Bild), super agent Mino Raiola claimed that Man United is a unique opportunity and the 27-year-old versatile attacker wants to go there.
However, Dortmund CEO complicated things for the player and his agent by stating that Mkhitaryan will not be sold this summer (ESPN).
Now, Raiola has again claimed that the player is ready to join Manchester United and he is trying to sort the situation out so that Mkhitaryan can leave the German club in the summer transfer window. Mino said (Mail):
“He wants to go to Manchester United and we are still trying to resolve the situation”
“We are still talking to Dortmund. We are trying to be reasonable. They are aware that Micki wants to leave now.”
Henrikh is also targeted by Arsenal and will surely not come for cheap. He is rated around $35 million (Sun).
The “exceptional” star (Goal) directly contributed in 55 goals, 6 more than Man United’s total tally in the Premier League last season.
