Arsenal Fans React to Ozil's Exclusion From Team of the Year

Tottenham youngster Dele Alli won the coveted PFA Young Player of the year award last night and Leicester City’s star playmaker Riyad Mahrez won the PFA player of the year award.
The Team of the Year comprised of four players each from the Spurs and the Foxes. The biggest exclusion was that of German Player of the Year and Arsenal star Mesut Ozil and it will be fair to say that Spurs attacker Alli took his place in the TOTY.
With 3 games to go in the Premier League, the 27-year-old former Real Madrid star has scored 6 goals and provided no fewer than 18 assists. He needs 3 assists in 3 games to set a new PL record.

However, since the turn of the year, Ozil has been highly inconsistent and that is the main reason why he is not in the Team of the Year. The World Cup winner has only provided 2 assists in 13 games in 2016.
The Gooners will probably blame the fact that they do not have a world class striker because Ozil has created loads of chances. Anyway, Arsenal fans were never going to like his exclusion and had to react. Here are a few tweets.
