Everyone attached with Tottenham Hotspur is well aware of the fact that the club needs to sign an out and out forward before the transfer window closes on 1st February.
The North Londoners have depth and quality in all other departments except the strike-force. If Harry Kane suffers an injury then Spurs’ brilliant season can potentially be ruined.
Hence, signing another striker who can support and cover Kane is the priority at White Hart Lane.
According to Football Insider, talks have been held between Fulham and Spurs over a deal for French striker Moussa Dembele.
As per the provided Football Insider link, the Championship side are ready to sell the 18-year-old star and Tottenham can finally seal the signing but there is a new twist. Fulham want a player in exchange as well and the names like Prtichard and Winks are in the limelight.
Winks has played in the Europa League this season and Pritchard made an appearance in the Premier League. Both are talented players and it will be intriguing to see if Spurs will let one leave to sign Dembele.

Why should we give up one of our talented players to sign a player who will be a free agent in the summer, if Fulham wont let us sign Dembele with no strings now, we’ll sign him for nothing in June, if we still need him, there are other good strikers out there without any strings attached, we just as well go for one of them.
These two players could well turn out to be the future life blood of Tottenham so they should only go on loan until the end of this currant season, and not a day longer. Mr Levy don’t slip back into the bad old days of the club by giving away its valuable assets.
