Deal Agreed – How Liverpool will Line up with Versatile Star

Over the past few years, Liverpool have spend a lot to reinforce their defense but their has been no real improvement at the back.
In 21 Premier League games this season, Liverpool have already conceded 27 goals and there goal difference is minus 2.
In such a scenario, manager Jurgen Klopp has been seriously looking to sign a center back and reports (Mirror) suggest that the Reds have already agreed a deal in principle to lure Schalke star Joel Matip.

The 24-year-old Cameroon international is a versatile star and over the years he has effectively played as a center back, full back on either side and also as a defensive midfielder.
The African star is mainly a right sided center back and it will not come as a surprise if he replaces Martin Skrtel in the starting XI. The Slovakian defender has been at Liverpool since the time of Benitez but he has been largely inconsistent at the back.
On the other hand, Lovren has been Liverpool’s most improved center back under Klopp and Matip may start alongside him next season. Here is how Liverpool will line up with Joel Matip.
