Having signed the likes of Njie and Son in the summer transfer window, Spurs do not really need another attacking midfielder.
However, if reports are anything to go by, the North Londoners are looking to sign another playmaker to reinforce their attack.
According to Evening Standard, Spurs are weighing up move to sign French international Sofiane Boufal in the winter transfer window.
The versatile attacking midfielder signed for French side Lille last year and is likened to their former Superstar Eden Hazard. Boufal has got the talent to be as good as the Belgian international.
The 23-year-old star can play anywhere in the attack and has scored 3 goals in 8 games this season. Last season, Sofiane scored 7 goals and provided 9 assists in 34 appearances for the Ligue 1 side (Transfermarkt).
In all fairness, Spurs already have more than a few quality attacking playmakers and they really should focus on signing an out and out striker in the winter transfer window.
