Tottenham have improved their attack in the summer transfer window but if the reports are anything to go by then they are looking to sign another attacking midfielder in the winter window as well
Calciomercato cite reports in the Dutch media claiming that Tottenham could move for Borussia Monchengladbach star Thorgan Hazard as early as January.
The 22-year-old Belgian international is not just in the lime light because of his renowned brother Eden Hazard (Chelsea) but also for his quality performances.
Last season, Thorgan Hazard directly contributed in no fewer than 15 goals (5 goals and 10 assists) in 41 games for the German Bundesliga side.
The attacking midfielder mainly plays in the No. 10 position but he has also been utilized effectively on the flanks and as a secondary striker.
Having already signed Njie and Son in the summer, Spurs now really need an out and out striker to improve the quality and depth of the strikeforce. Therefore, Pochettino must focus more on signing a number 9 in the January transfer window.
