Shocker – Liverpool Player Ratings vs Norwich

The disappointing run continues for Liverpool and this time around Norwich City frustrated the Reds in their own backyard.
The Merseysiders only have themselves to blame for being wasteful in front of goal.
Liverpool’s brightest player on the day was none other than Spanish full back Alberto Moreno. The former Sevilla star constantly tormented Norwich’s defense and created 3 brilliant chances to score in the first half. However, the home side wasted them much to the despair of the Anfield faithful.
Danny Ings came on in place of Benteke at half time and made an immediate impact. Three minutes into the second half, Moreno found Ings with a brilliant looping ball and the England international gave Liverpool the lead.
However, Norwich equalized from a set piece in the 61st minute to silence the home crowd. Phil Coutinho had the best chance of the game to win it for the Reds but the Brazilian ruined a glorious 2 on 1 opportunity.
Failure to earn all three points have further amplified the pressure on manager Brendan Rodgers.
