Arsenal Closing in to Seal Double Signing from Real Madrid

Arsenal have been linked with Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema for quite some time but now there is another Los Blancos player in the limelight in the form of Russian playmaker Denis Cheryshev.
The Spanish giants are resigned to losing French international Karim Benzema and have already started looking for adequate replacement.
The former Lyon striker has been the main forward for Real over the past few years but things have changed after the arrival of new manager Rafael Benitez and Arsenal are pushing to complete his signing.
The ex Reds boss is not even sure about Benzema’s future but lately suggested that he might stay.
As mentioned, Benzema is not the only Real Madrid player that Arsenal want to improve their offense. Metro cite reports in Spain claiming that the Gunners are making 14.9 million pounds bid to sign Liverpool target Cheryshev.
The versatile attacker played on loan for Villareal last season, scored 7 goals and provided 11 assists for the Yellow Submarine.
In the presence of top playmakers like Ronaldo, Bale, James and Isco, Denis must look to leave Madrid for regular game time.
