Liverpool have over crowded strike-force in their squad but lack serious quality to challenge the best teams.
For now, Sturridge is the main striker who mostly injured last season and will miss the start of the new season as well. Origi and Ings are youn prospects while the likes of Borini, Lambert and Balotelli were big flops last season.
Hence, Reds are looking to add another star striker in the form of Christian Benteke of Aston Villa. However, they have to offload a few as well who have no future at the club.
Italian striker Fabio Borini makes the cut and is linked with a move back to Serie A to join Lazio. Sky reported on their transfer center that fee has been agreed between Liverpool and Lazio for the sale of former Roma star.
Since joining in 2012, Borini scored 2 league goals in 25 outings for the Reds. Liverpool fans will not be disappointed to see him leave.

I will love to see him leave
The sooner he leaves the better for his personal development in the game. He deserves more playing time than LFC could grant him.
We’re be wanting to offload Benteke next summer
I think Sterling’s attitude is not what we need now, he should fire his agent and someone should talk with him and remind him what he has forgotten, that money will come later, but first play for your team-mates and importantly play for GOD who gave him the talent in the first place anyway and it was not money who gave him these talents, arguably England’s money is the strongest and players pay big bucks, week in and week out, but if BR can taught this group of players to be like Coutino and Firmino, who play for GOD like all Brazzillians do, he will be a great prospect for the future and LFC the powerhouse it was before, will rise again, it’s only a matter of time, LFC supporter for life.
