Liverpool's Next Key Star Signing After Benteke

Liverpool Steven GerrardLiverpool fans will be delighted with the transfer business Reds have done so far this summer but the spending must not stop yet.
James Milner and Roberto Firmino will largely improve Liverpool’s attack next season but they still may need another attacker if Sterling departs. Someone like Pedro will be fantastic.
Liverpool let go Glen Johnson and have signed a top Premier League right back in the form of Clyne.
Moreover, if reports are anything to go by, the Reds will seal the signing of Belgian star striker Christian Benteke from Aston Villa by paying the asking price of 32.5 million pounds.
However, Liverpool will need one more key signing after the arrival of Benteke and that is of a complete midfielder.
The merseysiders cannot afford to believe that they have anyone in the squad who can fill up the boots of Steven Gerrard.
There is in fact no signing that can replace the legendary star as well but Reds must secure signing of a complete midfielder to reinforce the department.
Someone like 21 year old Croatian star Mateo Kovacic will be brilliant addition to the squad but will also cost a lot as well. The Inter Milan star can play as a deep lying playmaker, as creative central midfielder and also as an attacking midfielder as well.
If Liverpool do splash cash to sign someone to replace Sterling ad improve attack then perhaps Spaniard Illaramendi will be a great signing for the midfield.

  1. Maxi says:

Ya that’s exactly what we want in the likes of R.Pedro, M.Kovacic or illaramendi, not C.Benteke.we need a dribbling, pace, fast & accurate striker, someone who wil be as L.Suarez. Watch Baloteli’s perfomance & compare it with Benteke both are playing the same parttern, so pls lets make no mistakes in the transfer market. If our young dude(R.Sterlin) want to leave…let him go instead. R. Pedro wil fill the void perfectly more better him. pls B.R take note.
