Tottenham Hotspur are looking to improve their attacking options in the summer transfer window.
The North Londoners are linked with numerous attackers including the likes of Lavezzi and Bolasie etc. However, one Ukrainian target is the one they must push to sign.
Player in discussion is Dynamo Kyiv playmaker Andriy Yarmolenko. The 25 year old playmaker has been in the limelight since the past two season but now is the time for him to leave Kyic for a new club.
According to reports, Tottenham are interested in securing the services of the versatile winger who is looking for likely destinations at the moment.
As per the provided link, Yarmolenko has confirmed his desire to move and it is highly likely that he will be leaving Kyiv this summer. He stated:
“I think that now is the perfect time to change clubs”
“I promised that until we become champions, I was not going anywhere. I kept my promise, we became champions.”
“The president knows that I want to leave, I have repeatedly spoken about this.”
He wants to play in Europe and should be targeting the Champions League. Spurs only guarantee Europa League for now but he was part of the competition last season with Dynamo as well.
In 42 games for the club last term, Yarmolenko directly contributed in 40 goals (19 goals and 21 assists). He will be a quality addition to Tottenham’s attack who must do all to secure his signature.
