Once again, Manchester United were rescued by none other than their top Spanish goalie David de Gea as the Red Devils beat Crystal Palace.
Palace had more than a few clear chances to take the lead in the second half, especially the one vs one situation from just 6 yards but David de Gea proved why he is one of the best shot stoppers around in the game.
However, the former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper has not yet signed a new deal with the Old Trafford club and the speculation of his departure remains there.
In such a scenario, United are looking for a quality replacement and perhaps they have one in sight in the form of Tottenham star Hugo Lloris.
According to Metro, Manchester United are close to signing Hugo Lloris as Fee has been agreed for his sensational move to Old Trafford.
As per the provided link, Spurs have told United that an offer of €41m for the French star will be enough to complete move. United are not put off by the price tag and could complete move in the coming weeks.

He is very good golie.but the price is high for 29 yrs.
Goal keepers have longer careers than other footballs. It could be argued that he hasn’t even reached his prime yet, so the price tag would be fitting.
We can’t spent €41m on a player who only 3 to 4yrs at best perfomance. He is a good keeper but so is Bergovic and Butland
I preffere valencia keeper
De gea is still a better goalie. But if he must leave, hugo Isn’t bad but certainly not 41m. Totenham always want to be on the front foot in negotiations. 30m or nothing!!!
If he has to go, either swap him for Bale or Varane.
As for the Spurs keeper I would rather see Checq ? of Chelsea, a world clas keeper. This
Would also give the young keepers hope in the future seeing he is in his thirties.
The new 6 foot 8 inch new keeper seems an exceptional keeper.
