Arsenal to Finally Complete $16m Star Signing

Arsenal were active in the summer transfer window and did sign a few top quality players. However, they could not adequately reinforce their defense as well as midfield.
The gunners are well short of top quality defenders and holding midfielder. Adding to that, the increasing amount of injuries has become a menace as well.
Whether or not Arsene Wenger will look towards the free agents to cover is another matter but even they will be short term solutions.
The North Londoners just have to be active in the winter transfer window and solve the dilemma once and for all.

Currently, Arsenal only have one defender to cover for central and right back position and that is young Calum Chambers.

Smalling is not the best defenders around but more than decent for sure. Experienced, capable of playing as CB and RB and will improve the depth.
