Liverpool Ask for Ivan Rakitic – He Likes Klopp

Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho is constantly linked with Catalan giants Barcelona and it will be intriguing to see what happens in the winter transfer window.
The Samba star has been in sensational form for the Merseysiders this season and Klopp must hold on to him if Liverpool are earn CL qualification for next season and do well in this season’s tournament as well.
According to Don Balon, Jurgen Klopp has taken a lot of time in analyzing the deal and after rejected the likes of Turan, Alcacer and Gomes, Liverpool have asked about signing two Barca players if the asking price of 150 million euros is to be reduced. First, Sergi Roberto and second Ivan Rakitic.

The Spanish source have mainly talked about the Croatian international because his starting place in the Barca team will be directly influenced if Coutinho moves to Nou Camp.
Rakitic is a world class midfielder, who has been brilliant for Barca over the years. His current contract with the Catalan club will expire in 2021 and it has a mammoth release clause of €125million (FCB).
Don Balon claim that Rakitic likes Jurgen Klopp but he would actually want to consider a move away from Barca in the summer transfer window after the World Cup.
