Klopp Provides Positive Liverpool Update Ahead of Derby

Liverpool ripped Spartak Moscow apart last night to qualify for the knock out stages of the competition by topping their group.
The Merseysiders scored 7 goals against the Russian side and will be highly confident going into the derby against Everton.
The only bad news for the Reds is that Alberto Moreno hurt his ankle last night and limped off the field in tears in the 46th minute. He was replaced by James Milner, who came on and provided 3 assists in the second half.

The Spanish international was mainly a bench warmer last season but in the current campaign, he has been Klopp’s preferred left back.
The German manager has provided a potential boost with the positive update that Moreno was feeling positive after the game. Klopp claimed (LFC):
“In the treatment room then, he (Moreno) was a little bit more positive, so maybe we are lucky and it’s not too serious”
If the former Sevilla star is not 100% before the derby, then we can expect Robertson to start against the Toffees. Not to forget, the Scottish international started vs Brighton last weekend.
