Klopp can Sign €75m Rafinha for Just €15m-€20m

Jurgen Klopp DortmundLiverpool must hold on to star playmaker Philippe Coutinho in the winter transfer window but if he departs then the Reds must sign a quality star to replace him.
Back in July, Klopp was especially interested in signing Rafinha from the Catalan giants and asked the club to hire his services (Mundo Deportivo). However, the move did not happen.
Moreover, last month, we covered a report (via Don Balon) claiming that Barca could offer the Spanish international to Liverpool to lure Coutinho. Now, the latest reports are intriguing.

Rafinha has been out for months due to injury and only returned to training lately. The 24-year-old star now wants to leave the Catalan giants to play regular football so that he can earn a place in the Spanish side for the World Cup (Mundo Deportivo).
The Spanish source have mentioned that the midfielder is seduced by the idea of moving to England, Germany or Italy and his market value is now very low. It used to be around €30m but now Barca would consider a figure of around €15m-€20m.
The price is very low for a talented midfielder like Rafinha, who scored 7 goals and provided 5 assists in 18 starts for Barca last season. Not to forget, his current deal with the club will expire in 2020 and it has a release clause of €75m (FCB).
In your opinion, should Klopp look to sign Rafinha for cheap?
