Liverpool are out of form at the moment and one of the main reasons behind their downfall is failure to adequately strengthen the squad in the summer transfer window.
The Merseysiders were able to hold on to star players like Emre Can and Philippe Coutinho but reports suggest that they could sell the German international in the January transfer window.
According to Tutto Sport (press image provided below), Juventus made an offer worth 35 million euros for the former Bayern Munich star in the summer but the Reds rejected the move.

The Italian source have mentioned that Liverpool have failed to shine so far in the Champions League and if they end up getting eliminated from the group stages of the competition then they could sell Can in January.
The 23-year-old midfielder impressed mainly in the second half of the last season and helped the club earn CL qualification. This season, he has scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists in 9 appearances but majority of the times, he has been inconsistent.
