Mourinho Ready to Get $53million Star Signing Done for Man Utd

Manchester United’s current first choice right back is Antonio Valencia. The Ecuadorian star, who is a natural winger, has done brilliantly in the full-back position over the years but he is 32 now and Mourinho needs a long term replacement.
The Red Devils have been trying to sign Serge Aurier from French giants Paris Saint-Germain but reports suggest that Mourinho has left the desire to sign the Ivorian defender (Don Balon).
The Spanish source mentioned that Mourinho is once again interested in luring Monaco star Fabinho and has already ordered Manchester United to get his signing done.

The 23-year-old Brazilian international is naturally a right back but in the last campaign, Monaco utilized him in the defensive midfield position.
Since United have already signed a top DM in the form of Nemanja Matic, we can expect Fabinho to start in the RB position if he does end up moving to Old Trafford.
Last season, the Samba star was not only solid in the holding midfield role but also proved to be effective in the attacking third. In 55 appearances (all competitions), he was able to score 12 goals and provided 6 assists for the Ligue 1 side.
As per the provided Don Balon link, the French champions rejected Atletico’s 40 million euros offer for Fabinho but it is reported that Manchester United will meet the asking price and pay 45 million euros ($53million) which should be enough to seal the deal.
