Liverpool Must Sign €30million Winger if Phil Leaves

Liverpool will need to sign a top attacker if star playmaker Philippe Coutinho leaves the club this summer.
One quality attacked linked with a move to Anfield is PSG star Lucas Moura. Yesterday, we covered a report (via Goal) claiming that his days at the French club are numbered and Liverpool are one of the clubs looking to sign him.
In my opinion, Liverpool have to splash the cash to agree the signing of the 24-year-old star if Coutinho exits the club.

The Ligue 1 star is a proven quality star who is currently in his peak years. He can effectively play on either flank and is way faster than Coutinho. The idea of playing super quick players like Mane, Salah and Lucas in the attack should be too mouthwatering for Jurgen Klopp.
In the last campaign, he started 29 league games for Paris Saint-Germain and directly contributed in 17 goals (12 goals and 5 assists).
He has got ample experience at the international level as well. Coutinho has made 28 appearances for the senior Brazilian side so far. On the other hand, Moura has played 35 times for the Selecao.
Reports have suggested that he is only rated (Le Parisien) around €30million and that price tag is by no means expensive in today’s highly inflated market. In your opinion, is Lucas good enough to replace Coutinho?
