Arsenal Prepared to Secure $20.2milllion-a-year Deal

Arsenal have adequately strengthened their squad by signing key players in the summer transfer window. More importantly, the Gunners have not sold any vital star as yet.
Alexis Sanchez’s future has been up in the air for quite some time and the North Londoners must hold on to him at all costs. Last season, he was the best star at the club.
Arsenal have been trying to secure a new deal with the Chilean international but on numerous occasions he opted to reject the contract because he is looking to get upwards of £300,000-a-week (Daily Mail).
Now, as per Daily Mail, Wenger has finally offered a fresh contract that will make Alexis the highest earner in the Premier League. It is stated that the new deal is worth £300,000-a-week ($390,000-a-week, $20.2million-a-year)

The 28-year-old star will not feature for the club in tonight’s PL opener against the Foxes due to injury and it remains to be seen whether he will accept the offer or not. Not to forget, PSG are interested in hiring his services (Independent).
The former Barcelona star featured in 51 games in all competitions for Arsenal last season and directly contributed in no fewer than 49 goals (30 goals and 19 assists).
