Manchester United are in search of a top class midfielder and once again Italian international and PSG star Marco Verratti is in the focus.
The 24-year-old Ligue 1 star has been linked with the Red Devils in the past as well. Last year, Jose Mourinho was a plotting a big money move (CdS via Express) to sign him but the transfer did not happen.
Now, according to an exclusive report covered by Tutto Mercato Web, Mourinho has started work to finally sign the Azzurri star in this summer’s transfer window.
The Italian source have mentioned that Marco is ready to leave the French giants, who are demanding a fee of at least €75million for their prized asset.

Verratti is a versatile talent, who can operate anywhere in the midfield and he has been a key member of the PSG side for the past five years.
In the last campaign, he made 43 appearances in all competitions and directly contributed in 11 goals (3 goals and 8 assists). He made his senior international debut back in 2012 and so far, he has played 21 games for Italy.
As per the provided TMW link, Marco’s representative has recently met with one of Manchester United’s key scouts, Jose Mayorga. United are also linked with RB Leipzig (via Football Whispers) midfielder Naby Keita.
