Mourinho Ready to Splash Cash to Sign Emil Forsberg

Manchester United need an attacking midfielder this summer and they have mainly been linked with Ivan Perisic of Inter Milan.
Now, a new name is in the lime light in the form of Swedish international and Leipzig star Emil Forsberg.
According to an exclusive report covered by CalcioMercato, Mourinho is ready to splash a fee of 50 million euros ($58.6million) to secure the signing of the 25-year-old star for Man Utd.
The Italian source suggest that the German club do not want to sell their star players and therefore, it is expected that Forsberg will remain at Leipzig. Moreover, it is mentioned that this move could be to scare Inter Milan to bring their asking price down for Perisic.

Like Ivan, the former Malmo star is also a left winger. Emil was in fantastic form for the Bundesliga side last season and helped them earn Champions League qualification for the first time in their short history.
In the last campaign, Forsberg featured in 30 league games for the German club and directly contributed in as many goals (8 goals and 22 assists).
