Manchester United are keen on hiring the services of Tottenham star Eric Dier in this summer’s transfer window and the latest reports have been interesting.
Last night, we published a report (via Mirror) claiming that the 23-year-old defensive midfielder is keen on joining the Old Trafford club and Mourinho is pushing to secure his signature.
Now, another source in the form of ESPN have come up and claimed that Manchester United are confident for a number of reasons that Dier actually wants to join the Red Devils.
The report states that the former Sporting CP star is currently earning $90,000-a-week and Manchester United can double that sum ($180,000-a-week) to secure his signing. Dier knows that Spurs cant match the wages that United can offer because Levy follows a strict pay structure.

It is further added that United know that Eric grew up as a Manchester United supporter and his idol is former captain Roy Keane. Back in 2010 when Dier was playing for the Primeira Liga side, he claimed that it will be hard to say no to the Red Devils.
Dier mainly played in the defense last season under Pochettino but he wants to play in his preferred defensive midfield position.
Few days back, Guardian claimed that the England international knows that he has the chance to become the main defensive midfielder at Old Trafford. In your opinion, should Dier leave the North Londoners to join Mourinho?

Although Tottenham is a very good team I believe that Dier will have brighter future at Manchester united. Apart from earning more money. Hope to see him joining the red devils.
Quiet known the spurs are good and well known, snubbing the money if dier will agree personal terms with the red devils,he will not only be a first choice at old trafford but he will be the best defensive midfielder, meanwhile others will like to push hard to play like him and with time ERIC DIER will be a super star in old trafford.
