Liverpool are seriously interested in securing the signature of Naby Keita in the summer transfer window and on daily basis, we get to see numerous rumors on the subject.
Two days back, we covered a report (via Guinean Journalist & The Times) claiming that the Reds are prepared to agree a deal worth €150,000-a-week to sign the 22-year-old midfielder.
On 1st July, we reported (via Ed Malyon) that the versatile midfielder is keen on joining the Merseysiders. Yesterday, a similar sort of statement was made by retired Guinean international Titi Camara, who played for clubs likes Lens, Marseille and St. Etienne in France. He played for Liverpool back in 1999-2000.

The former Guinean coach posted on his twitter account that Keita wants to sign for Liverpool, Leipzig are aware of that and are already looking to sign his replacement.
Camara further claimed that Naby wants to wear the iconic No.8 Liverpool shirt. That number is vacant at Anfield and was last owned by none other than the legendary Steven Gerrard.
Stevie was one of the most complete midfielders of his generation and replacing him is not going to be easy at all. Keita is also a complete star, who can operate anywhere in the midfield and he is renowned for making driving runs in the attacking third.
Last season, he scored 8 goals and provided 8 assists for the German Bundesliga side and he has the quality to largely improve Klopp’s midfield. Therefore, the German boss must splash the cash to hire the services of the African star, who is valued (BBC) at 70 million pounds ($90million).
