BBC Confirm Chelsea have Agreed Bargain Fee to Sign Star

Manchester United were interested in signing Morata for quite some time this summer but then opted to complete the signing of Romelu Lukaku instead.
The Spanish international is now heading to join Chelsea after the Blues reached an agreement with Real Madrid to hire his services (Official).
When the Red Devils were pursuing the signature of the former Juventus center forward, the European Champions were reportedly demanding a mammoth fee of 90 million euros (Marca).

However, as per BBC, Chelsea have been able to agree a deal with the Los Blancos to sign Alvaro for a bargain fee of around 67 million euros.
Morata mainly warmed the bench under the management of Zinedine Zidane last season and a move away from the Bernabeu will prove fruitful for him.
The 24-year-old striker started only 14 league games in the last campaign but still managed to directly contribute in 20 goals (15 goals and 5 assists).
We can expect Morata to replace compatriot Diego Costa in Chelsea’s starting XI next season.
