£160million Trio Want to Sign for Manchester United but Won't do This

Manchester United have so far signed the likes of Lukaku and Lindelof this summer but they still need to strengthen their central/defensive and attacking midfield before the window closes next month.
Perisic has mainly been in the lime light as far as the attacking midfield is concerned. On the other hand, the likes of Matic and Dier have been in the focus for the central/defensive midfield.
According to MEN (press image provided below), the above mentioned top quality trio want to join Manchester United this summer but they do not want to submit official transfer requests to snub the loyalty bonuses and ruin their relationship with the supporters.
The British source suggest that Dier, who could command a fee of £60million, remains keen on a move to Old Trafford even though Tottenham are not ready to sell him.

We know that Chelsea are demanding a fee of £50million for Serbian international Nemanja Matic (via The Sun). Moreover, Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic is also rated around £50million (via Independent).
The new Premier League campaign will start in less than a month and Mourinho must secure all his key signings sooner rather than later to prepare the team well.
