Manchester United need a world class out an out center forward to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Old Trafford and reports suggest that Alvaro Morata is the man targeted.
Yesterday, we covered a report (via Telegraph) claiming that the Spanish international has agreed terms to join Manchester United this summer. He is valued (via Guardian) at around 90 million euros (£79million).
The 24-year-old striker did not start regularly for Real Madrid last season but still managed to score 20 goals in all competitions. After Cristiano Ronaldo, he was Madrid’s best goalscorer even when Benzema was preferred ahead of him.
United need a striker who will at least score 20 goals in the league next season and Alvaro has never scored 20+ league goals for any team as yet. Is he good enough to achieve that feat in the Premier League? Only time till tell.
He only managed to scored 8 league goals in his first season with Juve and netted 7 goals in his last season.

I hoped he would go to Chelsea and Lukaku to United ? I thought that Mourinho is going to buy worldclass striker not benchwarmer

He can agree to it all he wants, we still have to sanction the move

I honestly don’t believe he will be a prolific striker in the EPL… not useless, just not elite.

Good signing. He will be a prolific striker
He’s a great finisher, good holding up the ball to involve he’s teammates.
Solid, strong and powerful finisher. To me a younger and faster version of A-Z
The taste of food is in the eating.so it’s to early 2 judge him.
fantastic striker to be for man united….his combination with Rashford will pose great threat to defenders
its Champs League this year, need Belotti as well. Rooney is finished, injuries are unpredictable?
Bellotti
Eric Bailly is 23 and Lindelof is 22 yrs old..what a good bargain (61 millions). Both are young, tall, strong and skillfull young men. They will be playing together for another 8 – 10 seasons for MUFC. Bravo MU officials.
Morata is another good signing..young and skillfull attacker..would be fantastic if MU can get the service of his striking partner in the form of Belotti.
