Chelsea Have Agreed Terms of Contract with £100million Star

Chelsea signed a teenage striker in the form of Romelu Lukaku few seasons back, however, they never gave him a fair chance at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgian center forward was in fantastic form for the Toffees last season and now the Blues want him back.
According to an exclusive report covered by Express, Chelsea have agreed personal terms in excess of £150,000-a-week to re-sign the prolific striker this summer.
The 24-year-old star is one of the best center forwards in the Premier League. Last season, he netted 25 goals and provided 6 assists in 37 league outings under the management of Dutch boss Ronald Koeman.
Back in 2014, Everton paid £28million (BBC) to sign Romelu from the Blues and as per the provided Express link, the Merseysiders are now demanding a huge price of £100million from his sale.
Last season, under the management of Antonio Conte, Diego Costa was the leading striker for Chelsea and he was absolutely brilliant in the title winning campaign. However, his future is up in the air and it will not come as any surprise if he departs the club.
In your opinion, is Lukaku good enough to replace Costa?
