Manchester United are ready to reinforce their attacking department in the summer transfer window and if reports are anything to go by then they are serious about signing two top quality players.
Firstly, the Red Devils have agreed personal terms to hire the services of Antoine Griezmann from Spanish side Atletico Madrid (via The Sun).
Moreover, according to Daily Mail, Man Utd have made the first move to agree the signing of Italian international and Torino center forward Andrea Belotti, who is currently the joint leading goalscorer in the Serie A with 25 goals.
Mail claim that the Old Trafford club are ready to splash a fee of 64 million pounds to secure his signature. It must be remembered that the Azzurri star has a release clause of 85 million pounds ($110million) in his contract to move abroad.
Overall, in 34 appearances in all competitions for the Italian club this season, Belotti has directly contributed in no fewer than 33 goals (27 goals and 6 assists).
In the current campaign, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been United’s top scorer with 28 goals in all competitions. However, the retired Swedish international is out with a long term injury. Moreover, he is going to turn 36 in October and United need a top striker to replace him.
23-year-old Andrea Beltotti would be the perfect addition to Man United’s striking department. United fans will go crazy if the club can actually lure him and Griezmann in the summer transfer window.
