Liverpool need quality signings to improve the depth of every key department in the summer transfer window.
As far as the attack is concerned, they are heavily linked with Egyptian international and Roma star Mohamed Salah, who has been in fantastic form for the Giallorossi this season.
Yesterday, we covered a report (via CalcioMercato) claiming that Jurgen Klopp is ready to splash the cash and hire the services of the 24-year-old star who is rated around 50 million euros (£43million) by the Italian side.
Now, renowned Italian source, La Gazzetta Dello Sport (press image provided below), have claimed that even Salah is interested in joining Liverpool.
The Merseysiders wanted the African playmaker when Brendan Rodgers was in charge of the club but Chelsea moved in late and won the race to secure his signature.
The Blues never gave him a fair chance at Stamford Bridge and after two successful loan spells with Fiorentina and Roma, Salah ended up signing a permanent deal with the latter last summer.
This season, the ex Basel playmaker has scored 17 goals and provided 15 assists in 39 games (all competitions) for the Italian giants.
He mainly plays on the right wing but Roma have also utilized him as a central attacking midfielder and a secondary striker as well when needed.

When we needed him, he followed the money, and we know how that ended, my opinion, he’s not welcomed…
can’t really blame him we should blame those incharge of transfer.they are too unprofessional and too slow, and as at then we don’t have world class manager to attract good players.it is every players dream to play for mourinho.so sallah is a prodigal son,let bygone be bygone. welcome home son
Blame Chelsea not the kid they signed. Chelsea do it all the time. Buy players who other clubs want just to stop them signing for anyone else. Then they don’t play them and nearly ruin their careers. They didn’t recognise his talent but he’s playing out of his skin in Italy now. And it’s a bit different playing under Klopp than Rodgers I’m sure.
Liverpool choice for Mohammad Salah is very positive news , I believe he can deliver something as expected for the club. Well done Klopp if you manage to bring him ….
