Man Utd have Agreed Deal with James Rodriguez – Terms Accepted

After spending heavy cash last summer, it seems that United are ready to splash huge amounts to strengthen their squad in this summer’s transfer window as well.
It has already been reported that the Red Devils have agreed personal terms with French international Antoine Griezmann (via The Sun).
Now, according to Don Balon, Man Utd have agreed a salary for James Rodriguez with his agent Jorge Mendes. Not to forget, Mendes is Jose Mourinho’s representative as well.
The 25-year-old South American has mainly warmed the bench under the management of Zidane this season and reports have suggested that he is close to joining the Old Trafford club (via Diario Gol) in the summer transfer window.
In the current campaign, the former Porto star has so far netted 9 goals and provided 13 assists in 30 appearances for the Los Blancos. His current contract with Real will expire in three years and he is netting (Star) around £185,000-a-week ($240,000-a-week).
As per the provided Don Balon link, the player has reached an agreement with Manchester United and Real Madrid have no issues whatsoever.
The Spanish source claim that the reigning European Champions want De Gea from the Red Devils and are demanding a fee of 60 million euros for Rodriguez but United are only willing to pay 40 million euros for James and rate David around 70 million euros.
