Deal Close – How Spurs will Line up with $22million Star

Yesterday, Tottenham registered their 9th win on the trot in the Premier League by beating arch rivals and neighbors Arsenal at White Hart Lane. They are still 4 points behind league leaders Chelsea, who defeated Everton at Goodison Park 0-3.
As far as the transfers are concerned, Spurs need to improve the quality and depth of their team in the summer transfer window.
Two days back, we covered a report (via ESPN) claiming that Tottenham are closing on a deal to sign Portuguese star Bruma, who is rated (via Fotomac) around 20 million euros ($22million).
In 24 league outings this season, the 22-year-old attacking midfielder has scored 8 goals and provided 6 assists for Turkish side, Galatasaray.
The former Primeira Liga star can play on either side of the attack but mainly he is a left winger. That position is occupied by star playmaker, Christian Eriksen, under the management of Pochettino. Therefore, if Bruma does end up moving to Spurs, we expect him to replace Sissoko and start on the right wing in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
In the current season, Mauricio has also utilized the 3-4-3 system and in that setup, Bruma will probably start on the bench if Alli and Eriksen are fit.
