Liverpool Ready to Agree "Outstanding" $33million Star Signing

Liverpool have more than a few versatile midfielders in their squad such as the likes of Jordan Henderson, Adam Lallana, Emre Can and Georginio Wijnaldum.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then the Reds are ready to sign another versatile midfielder in the form of RB Leipzig star Naby Keita (The Times).
The 22-year-old Guinea international is mainly a central midfielder but he can effectively play as a DM and also as a winger (on either flank) if needed.
This season, the African star has been in fantastic form for the Bundesliga side, who have confirmed their place in the next season’s Champions League. Liverpool will probably amplify their chances of signing him by securing their spot in Europe’s elite competition as well.
Editor of German magazine Kicker, Jörg Jakob, has recently praised Keita for his outstanding performances in the current campaign (Via Liverpool Echo).

“He is the rising star of the season,”
“When we did our rankings after the first half of the season, he was one of the outstanding players for Kicker magazine.”

Naby has been compared to Chelsea star Kante but the stats suggest that he is more attack minded than the French international.
In 26 league games this season, the former Red Bull Salzburg star has directly contributed in no fewer than 16 goals (8 goals and 8 assists).
His current contract with the German side will expire in 2020 and as per the provided Times link, he is rated around 26 million pounds ($33million).
